Roar, pizza ... What's missing... YOU!

So tonight we went to your place for a swim and then made some pizza and watched the Roar game. It was great except you guys weren't there to yell at the TV with us and no commentary from Adam :-)

So turns out Evie likes vanilla essence like her mumma haha

Today we went for another swim. Sam & I cleaned the pool too, getting some more chlorine tomorrow.

Went to Aldi today and got the girls some new togs for only $6! Got the calendar for you too but couldn't find any snow.

This afternoon I gave Lilli the advent calendar you got her. She was very excited :-)

Hot Hot Hot

It's starting to heat up in Brissy. The minimum today is 21 with a high of 31 and tomorrow min 22 high 32 and it's only going to get hotter with 34+ temps expected during the week. Thank goodness you have a swimming pool :)

Big storms as predicted for Mon/Tues next week after days of scorching weather. By 9am it's already stinking hot. Stark contrast to your blog post about frost!!

Not much really happening here. About to have some lunch with Uncle Sam.

Oh. and Akiho got home safely to Japan. She added me on facebook. She seems to be settling in ok.

Queen of sleep

Lilli has been requesting most nights to wear one of Aunty Emmy's shirts to bed. Last night she chose the Queen of Sleep nightie.
She is so beautiful when she is asleep :-)

You've been gone a whole week

Can't believe it's been a week since you got on a plane!

Today we had playgroup. It was great. I got a whole hour of newborn cuddles with a sleepy baby Jasmine...Sooooo good. I like getting my weekly fix lol.
Lilli asked to wear the number shirt Nano bought her :) We made salt dough ornaments which we will paint next week. Also next week we are going to one of the mums homes to decorate gingerbread houses!

This morning I found Miss Evelyn pushing the white chair up to the front door and trying to open the door!! Then this afternoon she had discovered climbing on the coffee table...oh I have my hands full with this one!! Also Evie has discovered she has a belly button, quite amusing!!

This afternoon we painted wrapping paper for all our Christmas presents. Evie was only interested in eating the paint and Lilli just kept washing her hands lol.

Anyway, better go as its time to get Simon from the station. Hope you have a safe drive to Manchester.

P.S. I just drove past the high school and there are big signs every where saying "school carpark renewal, approx 8 weeks" Interesting...

Merlin!

Oh Emmily.... I just found out that this current season (number 5) is the FINAL season of Merlin!!! Totally gutted. I fear now that they will rush the ending and it just won't end well. Sigh.

Anyway, right now I'm making fudge brownies with Lilli & Evie. Can't wait for this weekend so I can finally put my christmas tree up. Simon said I can even put lights up outside YAY!
